Return Policy
Right of Return
You have the right to return products purchased from PES Moto within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the parcel, without needing to provide a reason.
Conditions for Return Acceptance
- Products must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and without any signs of use.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all tags and accessories received.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is mandatory.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone before shipping the product. You will receive all necessary instructions for sending back the parcel.
Size or Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product for another size or model, you will need to place a new order and return the initial product following the standard return process.
Return Costs
- Romania: The return cost is covered by the customer.
- European Union: The return cost is covered by the customer.
Shipping costs for the new order (in case of exchange) will be communicated before shipment.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products that have been worn, damaged, or show signs of use.
- Motorcycle helmets and inner linings if the protective seal has been removed.
- Technical underwear, balaclavas, and other personal hygiene items if they have been unsealed.
Refund Timeframe
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- If the original payment was made by card — the refund will be issued to the same bank account used at purchase.
- If the original payment was made by cash on delivery — the refund will be made to a bank account provided by the customer.
