• Cash on delivery — pay the courier in cash upon receiving the parcel.

European Union

• Online card payment (Visa, Mastercard) via secured payment processor.

Shipping Methods

Romania

• Free shipping for orders over 500 lei.
• Shipping fee for orders under 500 lei — displayed at checkout.
• Express courier — estimated delivery within 24-48 business hours.

European Union

• Free shipping for orders over 999 lei.
• Shipping fee for orders under 999 lei — calculated automatically based on destination and shown at checkout.
• International express courier — estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

Romania

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM are dispatched the same working day.
• Estimated delivery time: 24-48 business hours after dispatch.

European Union

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days depending on the destination.

Any additional delays caused by external factors (severe weather, public holidays, courier disruptions) will be promptly communicated to the customer.

Product Warranty

All PES products come with a warranty according to current legislation and manufacturer specifications.

• Manufacturing defects are handled according to the warranty procedure.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
