In Romania, delivery takes 24-48 business hours for products in stock. In the European Union, delivery is made within 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
2. What payment methods are available?
In Romania, you can pay online by card, cash on delivery, or by bank transfer (OP). In the European Union, payment is available exclusively online by card.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping for orders over 500 lei within Romania and for orders over 999 lei within the European Union.
4. Can I exchange a product if the size doesn't fit?
Yes. You can return the initial product and place a new order for the correct size or model. The return process is simple and fast.
5. Who covers the return shipping cost?
The return shipping cost is covered by the customer, both for Romania and the European Union.
6. How will I receive my refund in case of a return?
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed as follows:
- For online card payments — the amount will be refunded to the same bank account used for the purchase.
- For cash on delivery payments — the amount will be refunded to a bank account provided by the customer.
7. What warranty do PES Moto products have?
All PES Moto products benefit from a warranty in accordance with applicable legislation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include normal wear and tear or damages caused by improper use.
